Your profile will also be listed within our Auction & Estate Sale Company Directory pages and other search results pages. This plan is a great option for any size company such as Auctioneers and Auction Houses, Real Estate Agents, eBay sellers, or anyone on a cost-effective budget. All listings are deleted, removed, or disabled on end date or within 24-48 hours after the listing's end date. Any listings deemed inappropriate or otherwise negative towards the community or governining laws will be removed immediately. Contact us to report any violations in listings or member profiles.

Cancellation Policies

Monthly Membership Cancellation
A Monthly Membership CANNOT be canceled or refunded unless otherwise specified. Monthly Memberships are set to auto-renew payments each month after the initial setup unless otherwise specified at the time of payment. If you are set to auto-renew payments and would like to cancel, we require a 14 day written or digitally documented notice prior to the due date of renewal. Any refund amount that is available after this cancellation will be sent via check or money order to the account holder's address on file within 90 days after the cancelation. If an unpaid balance remains by you, the customer (member), an invoice will be sent to the account holder for payment. All balances must be paid within 30 days of invoice date to avoid any penalties or collections.

Yearly Membership Cancellation
A Yearly Membership cancellation requires a 30 day written or digitally documented notice. Yearly Memberships are set to auto-renew payments each year from the initial setup date unless otherwise specified. If you are set to auto-renew payments and would like to cancel, we require a 30 day written or digitally documented notice prior to the due date of renewal. If canceled within the first year, which is considered the initial term of the yearly membership, the Instant Cost Savings, and/or FREE Ad Package*, and/or any other applied discounts become instantly void and a basic monthly membership fee structure will be calculated as the final invoice total as well as any other balances from the aforementioned. Any refund amount that is available after this calculation will be sent via check or money order to the account holder's address on file within 90 days after the cancelation. If an unpaid balance remains by you, the customer (member), an invoice will be sent to the account holder's address on file for payment. All balances must be paid within 30 days of invoice date to avoid any penalties or collections.
